Finding the right person to care for your child is a big decision. We believe you shouldn't have to pay the full fee before you've even met your caregiver. That's why our Matching Fee is split into two simple payments.

Ready for us to find your match? Your first $99 begins the personalized search:

  • We search for eczema-knowledgeable caregivers

  • We match them based on your location, schedule, experience, preferences, and—most importantly—your child's needs

  • Background check included

  • Eczema knowledge training included

  • We coordinate introductions and interviews

Step 3:

Choose Your Caregiver — $100

You'll pay the remaining $100 only when you've met your caregiver and decided to move forward.

  • Decide whether they're the right fit for your family

  • Accept your caregiver and complete the placement

WHAT WE GUARANTEE:

Money-Back Guarantee: Your $199 matching fee covers our personalized caregiver search, matching service and caregiver's background check. If we are unable to identify a suitable caregiver who meets your family's stated requirements within an agreed timeframe, we'll refund your matching fee in full.

30-Day Matching Guarantee: If your caregiver placement ends within the first 30 days because the caregiver is not a suitable fit for your family's agreed-upon needs, we'll provide one replacement match at no additional matching fee.
